Sandra and Shawn's place is magnificent. My payment was not turned in waste. I stayed with peace and stressfree. Accessible to all . The host is so respectful and responsive to all my queries. Awesome!

When I entered the unit, the rooms smells good, the AC was already on, the room just feels like I was home. I like the “small’ surprises and the other small nice touches that Sandra included in her unit. The coffee maker and the ground coffee was the deal maker for me. This unit and Sandra are both highly recommended. I will definitely book again. Thank you Sandra.

My wife and I stayed at Sandra's home for vacation. Sandra was very proactive and friendly during our conversations. The place was very clean and cozy, and looked exactly like the photos posted. We loved the complimentary drinks, coffee and snacks. Almost everything that you will need during your stay is there, and we appreciate that it is very close to Venice and BGC. Overall, our stay at Sandra's was worthwhile.

Appreciate Sandra’s initiative to lots of things. We enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable. The bed is soft and the bathroom is really clean. Utensils and kitchenware are readily available. Will definitely go back again. The Grand-canal mall is just walkable. Secured place as there is security guards 24/7.

We had a fantastic stay! The host, ms. Sandra was incredibly responsive and friendly, always quick to answer any questions and ensure we had everything we needed. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. It was a comfortable and relaxing space, perfect for my trip.

This is my second time at Sandra’s unit. I requested for white linens and white linens i did have. Thanks Sandra. Thank you also for helping me find another place to stay when i realized that my flight was in the evening instead of what i thought to be a morning flight. It was so nice of you, extremely helpful. The little surprise upon my arrival was a nice gesture. I love little cookoo, he’s now a Texan :)

The room was very cozy and surpassed our expectation. The amenities were top notch and our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home.

Great place and superb host. Sandra was very accommodating from the time we have sent our booking request up until our checkout date. She even offered an early check in for us and was very flexible with the check in time. Amenities inside were all complete and working. Free bottles of water and even chocolates upon arrival which we truly appreciated. Fast internet speed, very suitable for doing remote work. We recently had the pleasure of staying at owls and larks bnb, the room was beautifully maintained clean, smelled good and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I want also to commend the owner she is active, friendly and very nice . Our staycation was a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. Thank you so much for the warm welcome and hospitality, Ms Sandra. :) From the check-in process down to the check-out process, everything is well communicated. She's very understanding and very thoughtful of her guests! <3 I also love how cozy and very homey her airbnb unit is. You can cook and heat food in their microwave. You can also make coffee with their coffee maker. :) she even provided complimentary coffee, tea and chocolates. I super love how everything is already provided and complete. I am a working professional and the reason for this trip is actually for work. Hence, I super appreciate the good internet connection :)

It was a pleasant stay at Sandra’s place.

This place is very convenient especially when you're working near Mckinley and BGC since it is just a 2min walk from venice grand canal mall. In my case, I work in Uptown BGC. Even if it's kms away, there is a free shuttle from the venice grand canal mall to Uptown mall si it's less hassle and affordable for me. I will be back soon on my next RTO :)
