Owls and Larks BnB

Our maximum is 4 guests including children for each property. We are not able to make exceptions to this, as it is both a house rule and a building requirement. We would love to host you if your group fits.

• Uptown (BGC): We have a queen bed and a pull-out sofa bed.

• McKinley: We have a queen bed, a sofa bed, and a floor mattress.

Both properties offer high-speed WiFi and a full streaming setup. Free Netflix is included, and you can log into your personal accounts for Prime Video, Apple TV, Disney+, and other apps. You will also find board games and books at each location.

• Uptown (BGC): 500 Mbps, with enough bandwidth to run multiple devices simultaneously, whether for remote work, 4K streaming, or both at once. Enjoy a 75" cinematic Google TV, one of the largest screens you will find in BGC.

• McKinley: 300 Mbps, reliable for streaming and working remotely. A 50" Google TV makes for a great movie night in.

Both properties are in Taguig, with easy access to NAIA.

• Uptown (BGC): Around 30 minutes, depending on traffic.

• McKinley Hill: Around 15-30 minutes, depending on traffic.

Parking options vary by property.

• Uptown (BGC): Street and building parking are not available at Uptown. Overnight parking is nearby at Uptown Mall or Uptown Parade, around PHP 60 for the first 3 hours and subject to change. Reach out to the host before arrival to explore additional options.

• McKinley Hill: Paid parking is available nearby. Stamford Open Parking on Florence Way charges PHP 50 for the first 3 hours, PHP 10 per additional hour, and PHP 150 overnight. Venice Grand Canal Mall charges the same opening rate of PHP 50 for the first 3 hours, then PHP 10 per hour for the next 2 hours, PHP 20 per hour after that, and PHP 150 overnight.

Late check-in is available at both properties, a convenient option if you are arriving on a late flight.

• Uptown (BGC): Check-in starts at 3:00 PM via smart lock entry. Checkout is by 12:00 PM.

• McKinley Hill: Check-in starts at 2:00 PM via lockbox key. Checkout is by 11:00 AM.

Both properties have pool access, open Tuesday to Friday only.

• Uptown (BGC): The pool is open 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, excluding holidays. The first 3 guests swim for free; additional guests are charged PHP 300 each. Kindly go to the lobby to get your pool pass before making your way to the pool.

• McKinley Hill: The pool is open 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. You can access the pool for a small fee

Sorry, we do not accept pets at either property.

Yes, light cooking is welcome at both properties. Both units are equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, rice cooker, coffee maker, and cooking utensils. Please keep the kitchen clean and tidy.

• Uptown (BGC): Fully equipped kitchen featuring a refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, electric kettle, cooking essentials, and ample cabinet space alongside a curated coffee station.

• McKinley Hill: Equipped with a 1.5L rice cooker and a coffee maker. Complimentary ground coffee, creamer, sugar, and tea bags are provided.

To secure your booking, we accept full prepayment of the total booking amount or a 50% down payment, with the remaining balance due by check-in.

A small refundable security deposit is collected by check-in and returned after checkout, as long as the property is left in good condition, with no damage, staining, or house rules violations.

• Uptown: PHP 1,500

• McKinley: PHP 1,000

We recommend confirming your dates before reserving, as down payments are non-refundable and we do not accommodate rescheduling. Once payment is received, your dates are blocked and we will not accept other inquiries for those nights.

For bookings made through Airbnb, cancellation terms follow the policy shown on the listing at the time of booking.
